Evaluasi Pemasaran Gula Kelapa Kristal di Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas

Gula kelapa kristal adalah salah satu produk khas Kabupaten Banyumas. Sentra produksi gula di Banyumas berada Kecamatan Cilongok. Tujuan umum penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi lingkungan pemasaran asal Cilongok khusus dalam mendeskripsikan pelaku dan fungsi yang dilakukan, menganalisis struktur pasar daerah produsen, elemen dominan penentuan harga pola saluran kristal dari produsen sampai konsumen akhir, mengetahui kinerja kristal. Untuk digunakan analisis deskriptif, marjin, farmer’s share , profit efisiensi teknis ekonomis, market . Hasil menunjukkan bahwa lembaga terlibat meliputi: pedagang pengumpul kecil, besar, koperasi pemasok, tingkat pada sisi pembeli cenderung kurang kompetitif, pihak pembeli, terdapat tiga wilayah penelitian, masih baik.
